Requesting Service
You can request service online at request.towdaddy.ca or call 647-949-7729 at any time. Provide your location, vehicle details and the type of service you need. After your request is submitted, you will receive updates and can track your assigned provider online.
Please provide your precise location (street address or landmark), vehicle make and model, year, approximate weight or class if commercial, and a description of the problem. For towing requests, let us know if the vehicle is drivable, its current position (on road, in a ditch, at a parking lot), and any access restrictions at the scene.
Yes. TowDaddy provides 24/7 roadside assistance, towing and commercial fleet support every day of the year including weekends and holidays. You can call 647-949-7729 or submit an online request at any time.

Roadside Assistance
TowDaddy provides four core roadside services: battery boost for dead or weak batteries, mobile tire change when you have a safe usable spare, emergency fuel delivery for empty tanks, and vehicle lockout assistance when keys are locked inside. All services are available 24/7 across Toronto and the GTA.
Yes. For a mobile tire change, your vehicle must have a safe, properly inflated, usable spare tire. The provider swaps your flat tire for the spare at your location. If you do not have a usable spare, flatbed towing to a tire shop may be required instead.
TowDaddy delivers regular unleaded gasoline and diesel fuel for eligible vehicles. The correct fuel type for your vehicle must be confirmed when you request service. Enough fuel is delivered to help you reach the nearest fuel station safely.
If the vehicle cannot be made safe to drive after roadside assistance, TowDaddy can arrange light- or medium-duty flatbed towing to transport the vehicle to a repair shop or other destination within the GTA. Service is subject to vehicle weight, dimensions and loading access.
Yes. TowDaddy provides roadside assistance for eligible commercial vehicles including cargo vans, sprinter vans and cube vans. Service eligibility depends on vehicle type, weight, dimensions, location and required equipment. For dedicated fleet support, see Commercial Fleet Support.
Regular Towing
TowDaddy provides light- and medium-duty flatbed towing for eligible personal and commercial vehicles. Services include emergency towing, breakdown towing, accident recovery, flatbed transport and winching/recovery from snow or ditches. Heavy-duty towing is not available.
Yes. TowDaddy primarily uses flatbed tow trucks that elevate the entire vehicle for transport. Flatbed equipment reduces contact with the road surface and helps protect vehicles with low ground clearance, AWD/4WD systems or damage affecting the drivetrain.
Yes. Accident recovery and towing is available for eligible vehicles after a collision. Provide details about the vehicle condition, location and any access restrictions when requesting service. Safety at the scene is the priority before any recovery begins.
TowDaddy can transport eligible vehicles to a repair shop, dealership, fleet yard or other destination within the GTA. Confirm your destination when you request service. Long-distance transport outside the GTA may require special arrangements.
Emergency and breakdown towing requests are handled as soon as possible based on provider availability. Scheduled transport can be arranged in advance by contacting TowDaddy with your preferred date, time and vehicle details.
Commercial Fleet Support
TowDaddy offers fleet roadside assistance (battery boost, tire change, fuel delivery, lockout), commercial flatbed towing, breakdown towing, accident recovery, scheduled vehicle transport and fleet vehicle relocation. All commercial services are available 24/7.
TowDaddy supports cargo vans, sprinter vans, cube vans, pickup trucks, contractor vehicles and other commercial fleet units within light- or medium-duty capacity. Vehicle weight, dimensions and loading access must be within the capacity of the assigned equipment.
Multiple-vehicle scheduled transport can be arranged when providers and capacity are available. Provide vehicle counts, types, dimensions and preferred timing when you submit a commercial fleet request.
Yes. TowDaddy provides 24/7 emergency commercial fleet towing and roadside assistance. Scheduled off-peak fleet transport can also be arranged. Contact dispatch at 647-949-7729 for after-hours commercial needs.
Scheduled fleet relocation moves eligible commercial vehicles between yards, job sites, dealerships or repair facilities at a planned time. Provide the origin and destination addresses, vehicle list with dimensions and preferred window. Capacity and loading access are verified before confirmation.
Vehicle Types
Passenger cars, sedans, coupes, hatchbacks, SUVs, crossovers, pickup trucks and personal vans are eligible for both roadside assistance and flatbed towing. Final eligibility depends on vehicle weight, dimensions, condition and loading access.
Eligible motorcycles can be transported using appropriate securement when capacity and loading access allow. Request Regular Towing — Motorcycle Transport when you submit your service request and confirm the make and model so the correct equipment is assigned.
Sprinter vans and many cargo vans fall within medium-duty capacity. Cube vans may be supported when weight, height, length and loading access are within the limits of the assigned flatbed equipment. Dimensions must be confirmed before dispatch.
No. TowDaddy specializes in light- and medium-duty service. Heavy-duty vehicles such as semi-trucks, tandem-axle trucks and buses are outside capacity. If you are unsure about your vehicle, contact TowDaddy to confirm eligibility before requesting.
Capacity and Eligibility
Capacity is based on vehicle weight, overall dimensions (length, width, height), condition, loading access at the scene and the safe working limits of the assigned tow equipment. TowDaddy verifies these factors before dispatch to ensure the right equipment is sent.
If your vehicle cannot be safely loaded onto available flatbed equipment due to size, condition or access restrictions, TowDaddy will advise you and may be unable to complete the transport. Contact 647-949-7729 before requesting if you have concerns about your vehicle.
Specialty vehicles such as lowered cars, modified vehicles and collector cars may require special handling. Eligibility is assessed based on ground clearance, condition, securement requirements and loading access. Contact TowDaddy in advance to discuss specialty transport.
